The Candidate Specification

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working male deckhand to join a 50m+ support yacht on an exciting off-the-beaten-track cruising programme. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of prior deck experience and be eager to learn and grow within a highly skilled and close-knit crew. Additional skills such as Divemaster, surfing, fishing, or watersports are highly desirable, while tender driving experience is preferred but not essential. A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and adventure-filled programme are key. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is looking to develop long-term within a professional team.
